Who should attend

For those who stepped up to a management role or joined as people managers from outside of Imperial.
We aim to give you a good start as a people manager at Imperial and add to your local induction programme. Whether you are a first-time or an experienced manager, we would like to encourage you to attend and connect with other managers.
This short, interactive two-day session will help you settle in, understand your role in managing people at the College related to the employee life-cycle, find out about sources of support, connect and network with other newly joined managers from across the College
