In-person and online appointments

The Disability Advisory Service is offering online and in-person appointments.

For in-person appointments, please follow College advice on COVID-19. Our online appointments are conducted over Teams. We recommend you download Microsoft Teams to your computer or mobile device. However, if you prefer not to download the app, it is still still possible to have a Teams appointment via your web browser.

Please email us if you have any queries or want to submit your evidence ahead of your appointment.

Disability advisor appointments

Book an appointment with a disability advisor to discuss the following:
  • adjustments and support;
  • accommodation (halls of residence);
  • your evidence (diagnostic assessment reports, GP letters, etc);
  • Disabled Students' Allowances (DSAs);
  • autism screening;
  • other disability-related queries.
Appointments are visible 30 days in advance. If none are available today, please check tomorrow.  To access the booking page, log in with your Imperial email address. Please note, you may have to refresh the booking page for appointments to appear.

Drop-ins: Wednesdays 14.30 - 16.00 ONLINE

Drop-ins last 15 minutes and are useful if you have something quick to discuss, for example:
• checking evidence validity;
• providing evidence for additional exam arrangements;
• signposting to relevant services;
• applying for the disability accommodation subsidy;
• other simple questions about support.

Please return to this page on Wednesday afternoon from 14.00 to sign up to the drop-in service.

You will need to book an advisor appointment if you require a more detailed discussion about your support needs.

Dyslexia/SpLD team: Screening appointments

This service is fully booked from today to 7 April 2022.  However, there may be cancellations, so do check regularly.  
 
We are pausing the SpLD/Dyslexia screening service from Friday 8 April 2022 to Sunday 3 May 2022. There won't be any screening appointments available during this time.
